ABSTRACT

This case study aims to investigate whether the administration in the context of the First Baptist Church in Jaciara / MT positively fulfills its organizational vocation a managerial approach, since the Church is at the same time, organization and agency. How organizing the First Baptist Church of Jaciara have some formal compositions and characteristics: It is a duly constructed social entity legally and with charitable and welfare purposes, possessing an administrative organizational system, subject to human laws and authorities and is regulated by a statute social, this post through linked records will try to understand a little about how the form of administration and organization functions as well as power relations around the jaciarense Baptist church governance.
